Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Employees at the West Des Moines location please choose "Deliver on Windsor’s Truck" to have your items delivered directly to Windsor. North Carolina employees and Distributors may use this option if the order is not time-sensitive; the order will then be sent on the next shuttle or delivery truck.

Distributors and Employees not located in West Des Moines: Please select "UPS Ground" on your order. This is the fastest way to receive your items! Otherwise, orders may be delivered to the Windsor Warehouse for delivery on the next shuttle or truck.

Orders usually ship within 10 to 12 business days. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m.–5 p.m. CST, Monday–Friday.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for completed orders unless defective.

FAQ

Will my order be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are currently accepting and processing orders with full staffing levels throughout our production facility. However, you may experience delays or products may become unavailable after your order is placed due to unpredictable supplier stock shortage.

If an item on your order becomes temporarily unavailable, a member of our Customer Service team will reach out to you to discuss how to best move forward with your order.

Please note that this is a rapidly changing situation and we are carefully monitoring our supply chain for any closures that may affect our ability to fill orders. Sigler is also following recommendations from the CDC and WHO to implement policies to protect the health and safety of our team members.

We will update this FAQ entry with any updates as the situation evolves. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 10 to 12 business days.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Possibly. Contact customer service at 855-880-0881 or via email as soon as possible to avoid being charged.

What are your shipping costs?

A handling and packaging rate of $5.75 is charged per order. Shipping costs are paid for by Windsor and not charged to the end user.

Which shipping option should I choose?

"Deliver on Windsor's Truck" should be used by all employees located at the West Des Moines campus. North Carolina employees and Distributors may use this option if the order is not time-sensitive; the order will then be sent on the next shuttle or delivery truck.

"UPS Ground" should be used by all distributors and any employee not located at the West Des Moines campus to receive their order in the timeliest manner.

Can I get my order faster?

Possibly! Contact WindsorSupport@sigler.com with our order number and we'll see what we can do to assist with the order arriving in time.

Are orders secure?

Windsor's Store orders are safe, thanks to Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protecting all transaction data. We will also never sell, rent or use your personal information for any reason other than to complete your order.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will be charged as soon as your order has shipped. Please note: your debit or credit card charge will be listed as "SIGLER COMPANIES" on your statement.

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.Will there be taxes charged?There are no taxes for orders initially shipped outside of Iowa. Because we fulfill orders out of Iowa, shipments to Iowa residents or the Iowa factory will be charged sales tax.
